This is a scam they don’t work and they don’t refund your money. I contacted for a refund and wanted to return the product. I was told I would receive a refund minus a small fee if I returned at my expense. I did and they have not refunded what the email stated they would. They won’t reply to my calls or emails now. This is theft they have the product back and I have nothing.

This product is not a good product. We must file with BBB to get our money back.

Hi, Thank you for reaching Banana Drops, We would like to personally extend our apologies for the recent experience you encountered with our company during your recent purchase. Unfortunately, our Terms and Conditions stipulate a 60-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, we are unable to process a return or issue a refund for your recent order as the last day for refunds was 12/23/2024 which falls outside of the specified refund period. Thank you, Customer Support Id like a full refund as I just finished the second bottle & it has done nothing for me. Where do I return the unused bottles to? Zero stars! After reading some reviews I am convinced that I have no chance to get a refund even if I call! I have throat issues after using this product! Lesson learned and I hope everyone else gets the message and reviews!

0 stars. Completely BOGUS video. These people are hypocrites and are part of the predatory machine they ridicule that steals our money while making false promises. The video is filled with fakery. I was receiving e-mails even before I received the product. I contacted them after 30 day's and they said to use it another 30 day's, then I contacted them again they said use it for another 30 day's it typically takes 90 days. Well I did and still nothing. I have contacted them several times and now they are ignoring me. DO NOT ORDER THESE! They make all these promises and when it doesn't work they don't want to back their product.

Directions are inconsistent from what is on the bottle, the video instructions that come with the drops and what client support agents tell you regarding the usage. I have received 4 different ways on how to take the product, 4 different ways in the amount to use. Requested a refund and was told there would be return shipping, handling and a restocking fee. After my refund request, not one single rep has reached back out to me and I cannot get through to a live rep. I have sent at least 10 emails, the most recent requesting the refund they were willing to give which is not 100% but 50%. UPDATE 1/9/25: I finally got a refund of about 48% last week which is better than nothing. I still have a useless product remaining that I do not know if it works or not. I still have no clear directions on how to use safely as now I have been given 6 different ways to use the product, no two alike. I will continue to contact them and hopefully I can get 2 customer services agents that give me the same answer!

Never even go on their site and put any information in because they will bug the living Daylights out of you. Nothing but a telemarketing nightmare. They call you from every state and all kinds of numbers it is ridiculous. Big scam!

The very first lie in the video was her saying it was only a 2 minute video. It sure wasn’t. Lied from the start.
