Every time I place an order, it goes three days and they cancel it. I've tried 3 different items, 3 canceled orders. They keep blaming COVID. What? No need to buy from again online or even step foot in their stores. DONE with BASS Pro

Ordered an item from Bass Pro Shops for 2 day delivery. Well, it's over 24 hours since I placed the order and it still hasn't shipped yet and I am now getting notices that it will be a 3-day delivery at best. Also, I was offered a $10 Promo discount which BPS did not honor or recognize. Why would I ever shop online or in their stores again?

I ordered 2 different Cats of Charles Wysocki jigsaws. The order took I weeks to arrive and they've sent 2 identical Ageon Sea puzzles. I'm so dissatisfied and out of pocket. I'll never be here again.

I ordered a $2100.00 graph next day air from bass pro shop. I have a mossy oak open series tournament and my graph broke. So I ordered it and called the next am and was told it had shipped and fedex had it out for delivery . Never have got it and they are telling me it will be 3-6 days before it ships! Why the hell would you offer next day air?? I will never order from them again! Should never expect your stuff on time with this company! Please order else where if you want or need it! Still have not got my order canceled! They suck!!!

seriously, your shipping is horrible 3 weeks for an unstuck item? you guys are suppose to be better than this I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR STORE AGAIN until you get it together. If I would have know how long this was going to be I would have went somewhere else. but you seem to keep that a secret until you ship. Horrible service Basspro

Is there a lower rating than Bad? I ordered two puzzles that took nearly four months to arrive only to they are not what I ordered. Contact details have vanished so I can't return them. Complete crap
