Item listed on the web site as "available, ships to store". Tried to order it and the app hung. Contacted customer service and was told that the item was discontinued even though it was still shown as available on the web page. "Would you like to purchase a more expensive item"? Pure bait and switch.

Bass pro is terrible with refunds. I returned a shirt over a month ago. Called three times and get a sorry every time. Tracked the order and it was delivered back to them. Never will spend another dime With them

I'm not an expert, but bass pro is like a lower rate version of cabelas. Their gear, brands, and customer service are just a notch or two below cabelas. Kind of like WalMart versus Target.

Purchased an Eclipse Bass Pro Shop tent two years ago and did not use it until recently. The second time I used it and set it up to dry one of the poles snapped, they do not look like they're built to take the great amount of tension needed to erect the tent. I wrote their customer service and of course they will not take care of this, I will have to write this off as a bad purchase and never purchase camping products branded to Bass Pro. This was a shoddy product.

I returned a pair of painful Danner hunting boots. Bass Pro received them 17 days ago. I still haven't been credited for the return. Last week when I called to ask about my refund the customer service representative hung up on me! Bass Pro has also changed their return shipping policy. Customers must pay return shipping.

Dont understand how everytime I come to bass pro in Utica NY the item I drive 45 miles 1 way r never on self! And No one knows when the items will be will be in store! Drove to Bass Pro for Fox pro electronic game caller and notta on self! Was in store on1/4/20 and it was like I was invisible was like a little kid raising my hand in air and saying excuse me and notta. was there like 45mins with no help had to interrupt a employee helping another customer who said he be alittle bit and then would help me! So just left store! IMy family spends alot of money in Bass Pro, in last 3months we have spent like over $2000.00 in ur store and I think I will start going to the little stores where I will probably spend more money but aleast I will get the attention from their employees and help needed! Also called ur store 1/5/20 and ur employee donny answered the phone and was RUDE ! I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AND UNHAPPY WITH BASS PRO UTICA NY! I WILL BE CUTTING UP OUR BASS PRO CREDIT CARDS
