Ordered stuff online a month ago, they cancelled my order in an email. Called them to honor the sale price they told me “no” there is nothing they can do. Cabelas would never do this cancelling my card and never shopping there again. Sad that cabelas got bought out, poor customer service I will be spreading the word.

I'm a very unhappy customer. I went to your Independence MO store today arriving at 1035AM to purchase the SigP365 Bundle and after waiting an hour, I was told they were all sold out, and no rain checks available. I was told I should have been there earlier, and was also told that the line went all the way out the front door. Really??? A total waste of my time, and I feel as if I was cheated. Seems like a scam to get people in the store or something.

Trying to purchase through stretch your payments . The items is in stock when I choose the option stretch the payment it will say backorder which is not applicable in stretch the payment... be honest please

Difficult to order Web page does not work correctly. Ordered price is different from the price charged. Agents do not know what they are doing. Three agents with three tries and three different answers with no real solutions. I have also ordered some ammo but agent was kind of rude when I picked up the items.

It's best if you have a store nearby so you can return and exchange if needed plus who doesn't want to have an excuse to go to Bass Pro.

Ordered a shirt and sweatshirt online two weeks before Christmas received my T-shirt middle of January and they just told me my sweatshirt shipped and that’s the end of February do not order from this company online absolutely horrible delivery times

SO I ORDERED SOME OAKLEY SUNGLASSES ON LINE THRU THE 4 MONTH PAY PLAN, THE WEBSITE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT 3 WEEK WAIT FOR DELIVERY, I PAID FOR OVER NIGHT SHIPPING AND THAT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. A FEW DAYS PASSED AND I GOT AN ORDER CONFIRMATION LETTING ME KNOW THE ORDER WAS SENT TO OAKLEY AND IT WOULD 2-3 WEEKS. I CALLED TO FIGURE OUT WHY AND ENDED UP TRYING TO CANCEL THE ORDER. I WAS TOLD A RETURN LABEL WOULD BE SENT WITH THE GLASSES AND THAT WASNT DONE. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN TO GET A RETURN LABEL AND IT STILL NEVER CAME. I ENDED UP TAKING THEM TO A STORE OVER AN HOUR AWAY TO RETURN THEM, I HAVE A RETURN RECEIPT AND WAS TOLD THE RETURN WOULD BE DONE AND MONEY BACK ON MY CARD. THE RETURN WAS NEVER SENT TO MY CARD. NOW ITS MID OCTOBER AND I STILL DONT HAVE ANY ANSWERS, I STILL GET CHARGED MONTHLY FOR THE 4 MONTH PAY. IVE CALLED 8-10 TIMES TO KEEP GOING OVER EVERYTHING AND GIVING THEM ALL THE INFORMATION TO TRY TO GET MY REFUND SINCE I DONT EVEN HAVE THE F’ING GLASSES!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BASS PRO AGAIN. SO SICK OF THE BS I GET FROM CUSTOMER CARE, WHICH IS A JOKE!!! I REALLY HOPE THEY DONT RUIN CABELAS NOW. SO, FOR ANY CUSTOMERS WHO READ THIS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. GO TO SCHEELS, SPORTSMANS, GANDER MOUNTAIN …. ANYWHERE BUT BASS PRO.

BPS have always been consistent in supply fishing gear for me, now for over 20yrs. BPS' prices are quite amicable when compared to other similar vendors and shipping is bar-none always dependable and gear well packed from damage. I would like to commend the Chat portion of BPS. I placed an order and when it arrived, it was not what I ordered, description was way off. Contacted chat over a weekend and the female person I chatted with was able to send me a similar item (same cost) and advised for me to keep what was sent, not worth the return mailing costs. This is the kind of common sense service that, for me as a consumer is: A+ (over a $7 item). Thank you BPS. EH
