Great service great product great price

Update - after finding an alternate phone number and getting in touch with someone - my request was quickly resolved and we got our batteries. BatteriesDirect definitely needs to update their contact information on the website Ordered $3,000 worth of batteries and cannot get ahold of the company to confirm purchase or get shipping status. The 1-888 number leads to a health survey and the info@ email goes unanswered.

Ordered small electronics batteries online and received no email confirmation. Credit card was charged and I did not receive product. I called the phone number from the cc transaction and it was a health monitoring device company with recordings. Do NOT use batteriesdirect.

Placed an order for 12 cordless phone batteries on February 12, 2024. Batteries Direct charged my credit card the following day February 13, 2024. As of today, March 1, 2024, all I have is an order number. No product or shipping information. Sent four emails to their customer service department requesting order status and/or shipping information. No reply to any of the four emails received. Contacted my credit card company to report fraud (paid for product and nothing received).

Thank goodness I didn't make a purchase like other reviewers had. Instead, I had questions and emailed them. The emails kept bouncing back with error messages. So, I tried calling and instead I was connected to a voice bot that tries to sell you medical devices for seniors. Batteries Direct is a sham, don't waste your time.

Avoid avoid avoid. Take your money, keep it for weeks with no correspondence then only refund money when threatened with further action. I’m reporting to Trading Standatds

Do not order from this company. They cannot be trusted. Paid for expedited shipping and almost a week has gone by and still not a word from them. Have called and emailed with no response.

Ordered batteries from Batteries Direct on November 19 2021, Charged to my credit card next day. As of December 17, 2021 almost 3 weeks and have not received my order dispite 2 emails to support and message left on their listed support phone number, no responce from them at all. Don't buy from them as they are a fraud and have no regard to service their customers
