I had excellent customer service, even though I asked for changes throughout. I always received quick response to my questions. Their product is fantastic and I plan to order 2 more in the near future. Thank you bbobbler!!

From start to finish an excellent experience. They were great about contacting me throughout the process. Worked with me on minute changes. The end result is absolutely amazing…. The bobble head captured the expression as well as the looks of my great grandson. His mom is gonna love it!

The rep who handled my large, detailed order was professional and left no stone unturned. She asked all the right questions and followed up at each step to make sure the order the correct. The bobbleheads were a big hit with the soccer team!

WE WERE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOM PIECE FOR OUR BOSS AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WE STARTED. OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED QUICKLY AND CLEARLY. WE WERE UPDATED EVERY STEP, SENT PICTURES FOR APPROVAL. RESPONSE TO OUR EMAIL WERE WITHIN ONE DAY (EXCEPT WEEKENDS, OF COURSE). THE PRODUCT WE RECEIVED WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTIONS. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

I ordered a bobble head for my boyfriend and the likeness is amazingly accurate!! The customer service was excellent with updates and final approval before the actual product was finalized via emails. It was kinda pricey after all said and done but well worth it!! I definitely recommend giving them a try.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would! Ordered a 16th birthday gift for my niece and she absolutely loved it! Could not be more happy with the finished product! Loved the bobble head experience so much I am going to get all of the kids in my family a bobble head so that they all can be immortalized with their own personal memorabilia. The staff checks in with you every step of the way to ensure the bobble head meets your specific requirements! And the staff is very professional and accommodating! Would definitely recommend this company especially for their customer service!
