bbobbler.comReviews of bbobbler.com

Honestly these guys are BRILLIANT!! Even before I purchased they answered all my queries efficiently and helped with the payment process due to wanting something different to what was on the website. Once paid Ivy was super helpful and efficient answering all my questions and making the changes to perfect the bobbleheads! They shopped it via tracking so I knew when it was arriving! The bobblehead is great quality and the detail is fantastic! I would recommend these guys to anyone for a unique gift.

This place is a scam company based in China which I did not know when I ordered. I ordered on Feb 28 and have not gotten a product or response since then. At first someone named Alice Smith (fake name) sent me a total of two emails but when I wanted to cancel before they started making the product it was then that I received no further response. I have had to have an investigation with my bank so they could do a charge back when I provided all the proof to them. There is no phone number for this company so you can't call anyone. Do not order

After my initial complaint, Bbobbler.com representative Alice said they would redo the bobble head but I would have to pay for shipping. I will not give this company another penny for them to make it right. I had already paid for rush delivery and top artist. Now that the final bobblehead is done they are refusing to ship it until I remove my negative review. I'm fact, I was bombarded with emails during this rework process to remove my negative comment. I agreed to remove it when I received the final product. Buyer be ware, this company is dishonest and will nickel and dime you with additional costs after you place your order.

I found the service and craftsmanship at Bbobbler to be excellent! I appreciated seeing the proofs at different stages during the process, and the customization and likeness was very good. Our son absolutely loved receiving his "twin" bobble head! It's quite adorable.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! I was a little nervous at first with pre paying and relying on email communication for all details and edits of the bobble heads. Joyce and staff were absolutely amazing at keeping me informed along the whole process, submitting multiple edits and confirmation along the way and ensuring I was completely satisfied with the end product. Communication was timely and concise and can’t say enough good things about the whole process. The finished product turned out even better than I expected and would recommend you guys to anyone looking for a similar product! Thanks again and I will be doing business with you again in the future!

This was a gift to my husband, who has coached soccer from age 6-14.  He loved it!  Thank you so much for all your communication along the way to be sure I was satisfied.  Your attention to detail is so appreciated!

Great service! Hats off to Jennifer, the customer service rep and the company artist, for their patience dealing with my endless requests for revising my sister's bobblehead face and hair. The frequent email communication with relevant photos were appreciated, ensuring that I could actually see and approve the updated bobblehead changes as production progressed. Thank you so much for all of your efforts. My sister was thrilled and blown away with the final unique, personalized gift!

These are awesome! Thank you so much. Sincerely. From the date I ordered to the date I received, there was CONSTANT communication that was imperative and appreciated, which I am confident led to the execution of such a great product. As these were a Christmas gift, I purposefully waited until now to provide the review. She was surprised, excited, literally yelled/screamed as if on a roller coaster. There are no words other than 'pure joy' to explain her reaction. Friends and family have all since commented on how cool they are and several friends are considering doing the same for their significant others. I know there are other sites to get these done, but if you were to ask me, there is no need to shop or compare. This is where you wanna order from. Thanks again. I will strongly consider doing again for other occasions. --Dave
