I’ve ordered 5 bobbleheads in the last two years for Coaches gifts. The faces were great on 4 of 5. It’s definitely worth the extra $19 to have the expert craft it. A little disappointed with how coaches had grays in their hair and the proofs they were completely white haired. First time I thought they hadn’t painted the hair yet and the second time I asked them to add color to the beard but ended up having to hand paint the hair again. Once that was done they looked just like the coaches and are loved. From now on I will choose the hair color instead of relying on photos. Overall satisfactory and I do plan to order more as they are a great coach gift

Excellent service and product

We had great customer service. We had a quick response once the order was placed. They consistently sent us picture updates and were able to make changes along the way. All communication was clear, timely and helpful. We wanted the bobble head to match a picture and they were able to do it almost perfectly. The product was received quicker than expected and was very well packaged. We would definitely order from here again.

What a wonderful job bbobbler.com did creating my custom bobble! The quality and accuracy of the head and face sculpting was fantastic. The entire piece was flawless, including the jersey number and inscription on the base. The package arrived right on time, as promised, and it was presented during a retirement party—everyone loved it, especially the recipient. Received item, looks great!

I placed my order on May 14th, and Lily responded immediately to confirm my preferred features for the custom bobbleheads. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly communicative and dedicated to making sure the bobbleheads looked as identical as possible to the photo I submitted. Before the proofing stage, she was patient, informative, and took the time to answer all of my questions. With every requested change, I received updated proofs and clear communication to ensure the final product matched my preferences. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the FINAL PROOF came out identical to the photo, in which I recieved June 2nd, before the expected delivery date. I couldn't be happier with thefinal product, experience and customer service. Highly recommend!

The bobblehead looks amazing! My thanks to Joyce, who handled my order. However, I ordered a gift box with the BBH, which I never received. They said the BBH wouldn't fit and promised a refund. After 2 months and 4 emails asking for the refund, I guess I'm not getting my money back.
