I ordered TPMs which I didn’t need, along with wheels. BB Wheels thoughtfully cancelled them and I greatly appreciate that!! Super fast delivery too!!

When I saw their ad on Facebook I was skeptical about being able to get tires but once I clicked on the link I was amazed at how easy and quick I was able to purchase tires. Also, even with my low credit score, I was even able to find a financing solution that allowed me to finance a set of new tires.

Good prices. Saved around $130 for the set I bought from BB. The only thing I would like to see is a different lease to own or another one like afterpay. Other then that, great prices. Coming back to order wheels in a few months

The sale, the browsing. The picking the wheels that fit and I wanted was GREAT! The shipping by FedEx has been a nightmare. They are terrible. They have destroyed one package in the past for me. Lost two others. This set of wheels was shipped 7/8 days ago, it has been delayed twice, sent to the wrong hub by FedEx. When I spoke to Nate @BB WHEELS, I asked if they could ship UPS, and they couldn't. If BB WHEELS wants to make the experience even better, stop using FEDEX.

Great customer service. I was called the same day I placed my order just to confirm that I ordered the correct wheels because they show that they're not really the recommended size for my car. The sales agent was great as well. Very knowledgeable and thorough before pushing the order through. I will definitely continue to use BB Wheels for my future wheel purchases. 100% satisfied. Well, so long as my order ships and shows up within the time frame given. Even if it doesn't, I still give 5 stars for timely service and thoroughness.
