Really happy with Bcengi service. I had to to move my eSIM to a new phone, and Aliaksandra handled it quickly and clearly. The replacement was fast, and everything worked perfectly after installation. Great customer care. Highly recommended!

Got myself in a spot of bother, no worries Customer Support Team to the rescue. As usual it was basically my error but they sorted me out in no time. Landed in Taiwan, toggled off my Australian mobile number, toggled on my eSIM and all set to go. No problems whatsoever for the last week or so. Even got an email from Misha from Customer Support saying any further problems don’t hesitate to get in touch. Haven’t need to. Big shout out to the Company and Customer Support, top class.

I landed in China and found that my Samsung S24 did not automatically connect to a local network however with the very professional assistance of the Bcengi help team I was given easy to follow instructions on how to reconfigure some of my esim connections leading to a successful Chinese Telecom connection.

I have my reasons for giving Bcengi 5 stars. On my trip in January/February, where I traveled to Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia, and also on the airport transfer in Doha, it worked perfectly. Of course, I have compared prices with other companies with e-sim, and Bcengi has a fair price, and it is very flexible that you can use it in many places for the money you have in your account. Otherwise, today I had a problem transferring my e-sim to a new phone. But the support helped me with it right away, and after 5 minutes I had my e-sim from Bcengi on my new phone.

Works very well in Indonesia and when I accidentally deleted my ESIM, support responded within minutes to get me up and running again. Support is excellent from this company and is a strong reason to choose them over all the other providers who offer similar packages.

The Service Rep, Clarisse, was exceedingly helpful. I was installing an esim on a wifi hotspot device for use in travelling. I seemed to have set it up correctly, but it wasn't connecting to the internet. Clarisse suggested I check a few settings (for a device I'm sure she wasn't familiar with); I made the suggested changes and Voila!, connection established.
