A few months ago, I gave this company many compliments regarding their eSIM billing method and the significant savings they provide on international mobile communication costs. This time, I would like to specifically praise their customer service team. Due to some mistakes on my part, I ran into a database registration issue that made it very difficult to manage my family profile. It was a frustrating situation, and I had almost given up hope. However, the support representative, Aliaksandra, handled the issue with record speed and incredible courtesy. With a pleasant and kind attitude, she managed to fix the problem perfectly. This is truly a perfect company!

As I am a regular traveller, I found that I was wasting a lot of money with esims expiring with unused data. Therefore when I heard about Bcengi, I knew it was the one for me. Their esim is a real game changer - no money is wasted as you are only charged for what you use. I have now used it for several months and I absolutely love it. Having recently bought a new phone, I had some issues with the esim transfer due to some configuration problems with my phone. I contacted customer services and got a lightning fast reply from Asya. She was absolutely brilliant and resolved the issue in no time at all. So there you have it - Bcengi is not only a fantastic product, they have probably the best customer service I've ever come across.

I have been using bcengi esim for my 3 month trip around Asia. Any problems I encountered were addressed swiftly by Alixsandra at the support team. Instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely reccomended this company for anyone travelling to several different destinations .

I love this company, particularly the policy of just being charged for what I spent from funds I can add that never expire. Since I have wifi in my housing at most of the places I travel, this is perfect for me to use just when I'm out and about. I have to say I was surprised at how much is charged per GB in places like the Caribbean, Argentina and some countries that are less than stable politically and/or economically. But I haven't yet traveled to those destinations with an eSIM, so the prices may be competitive for all I know. If not, I can get a local SIM or other eSIM. For now, I'm thrilled, and I can tell you that the customer support is amazing. I was having trouble getting my new eSIM to work, even though I've used them before and I'm fairly tech savvy. I was a little afraid that my Durres, Albania location might have been an issue, but I emailed customer service and attached 6 screen shots of my settings and my account. Within a very short time, I received a response from Aliaksandra, who gave such detailed instructions of what to do that they worked perfectly the first try, no questions needed. My service has been working perfectly ever since and the price I'm paying per GB is less than I was paying with my previous eSIM - which had started giving me connection issues they couldn't solve, requiring me to reboot my phone far more often than I liked. Plus, more often than not, the month ended with me having used very little of the GB I'd paid for. As a full-time traveler for the last 11 years, I highly recommend Bcengi for travel data. I'd suggest you check first what the cost per GB is for where you'll be, but if Bcengi is even close, I'd go with their eSIM every time.

I had been using bcengi for a few weeks on US and then various countries in Central America. All went well. Went back to US and could not get online in California. Contacted Albi via the support line and he was able to advise, and guide me through the process of changing the ISP provider. Very impressed with his service via the chat.
