Lucas was a help in planning. We got extra service from his manager to make sure our seat selection fit our needs and double checked after to make sure we were happy. Will definitely use Bc Fligjts again for our travels.

Quick response and quick results when I needed them. I’m saving about $1K or more on average versus how I normally book and have solid tailored options which makes deciding much easier and faster.

I had an excellent experience working with BC Flights and would highly recommend them. From beginning to end, their communication was clear, responsive, and professional. They made the entire booking process easy and straightforward and were always available to answer questions or clarify anything I was unsure about. What really stood out was how helpful and accommodating they were throughout the process. Travel bookings can sometimes get complicated, especially when there are multiple details and moving parts, but they stayed on top of everything and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. I never felt like I was being left in the dark or had to chase anyone down for an answer. They were also extremely easy to work with—patient, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely interested in making sure everything went smoothly. Their customer service felt personal rather than transactional, which is becoming harder and harder to find. Overall, BC Flights made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and seamless. Excellent communication, great service, and people who actually care about their customers. I would absolutely book through them again and confidently recommend them to anyone looking for help with their travel arrangements. Five stars all around!

Fast, reliable service. Im a repeat customer.

Reyna is always terrific to work with!

James Jordan’s interaction and professionalism

She was very good, patient and accommodated everything we wanted. Very smart and polite.

Shay Lopez of Business-Class tickets is amazing! Shay was determined to get me the flight itenerary I needed... and she did! Then she went above and beyond to assure I could use my Amex points to help with the cost of the tickets. She also assured me protection for my flights and that she will help later with Qatar Airlines to bring two stray dogs from India to be adopted in the US. Hire this company!
