Michael is the most communicative travel professional and fare/itinerary advisor I have worked with in years! I travel 3-4 times a month, between work and family. When I don’t find a good fare or connection, I need a fast, real-time response to search and solve in a chat, without having to be on a call or hold for each move. Michael adjusted to my communication style, and would text me a batch of options, email me booking links, allow me a break to work and to review, then be ready to book over text. He heard my criteria for a favorite airline alliance, specific loyalty program, booking mixed cabins to arrive at the price I can afford, etc. He also offered advice about the different designs and measurements for business and premium seats, from value for the fare to features of the seat and cabin for each airline or aircraft. Having that comparison live while you shop makes all the difference. No more seat and rules and connection research! Thanks for the time and advice you offered, Michael! I will definitely be back.

Overall, the final process was good, though a bit slow (apparently it is all added in by hand from an agent and not straight from what I typed in). I also was a bit confused as to why I found the best price from asking around to other sites, and then was able to send those other quotes to be equaled by the company. Seems that the price that I found from another site should have been an option that was found for me. I also couldn't find any reviews on the BBB even though they have an "A+" rating on their website. I booked, but very hesitantly, and made the agent on the chat show and do things for me before I purchased.
