Similar experience to the other 1 star review - I was hounded by the company after submitting a request online - spoke with someone called Kevin (unclear if that's his real name) and explained what I wanted; Spammed me with tons of emails with flights that did not work for me. After discussing on the phone, he seemed to understand what I wanted and promised me a certain price and flight - several days later that flight magically disappears and only gives me other terrible options that don't meet my criteria at a higher price. Incredibly disappointing experience.

Since this experience is slightly different from direct airline booking, I have contacted James Jordan several times. He is always patient and has never seemed in a rush to cut off our conversation -- now that I have booked -- and move to the next sale. The service he has provided me is top notch.
