Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We recognize the seriousness of the concerns you’ve raised and want to address them directly and transparently. First, we understand how challenging the process can be and the frustrations that can arise, especially with the complexity of immigration requirements. Regarding your concerns about working hours and job duties, BDV Solutions works diligently to comply with all legal and immigration regulations, including those tied to your sponsorship and the terms of the labor certification. While the duration of employment and job duties may sometimes feel restrictive, these guidelines are established to ensure compliance with U.S. immigration laws, not as a way to impose undue hardship. As for employer communications, it’s true that we maintain partnerships with employers to help ensure a smooth process for both parties. The $20k program cost covers a range of services, including case management, legal and logistical support, and connections to employers, but we regret if you feel these services did not meet your expectations. If you have specific instances of unaddressed concerns in the YOW portal or elsewhere, we would love the opportunity to review and provide clarity. Lastly, we want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously and are here to assist further. If you would like to discuss these matters in detail, please contact us directly. Open communication is the best way to address misunderstandings and ensure your concerns are fully resolved.

Hello Hesin, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our program did not align with your expectations and would like to take this opportunity to clarify some key points about our services. Our EB-3 unskilled program is designed for individuals who meet the requirements for this visa category. For individuals with advanced degrees or access to OPT and EB-3 skilled pathways, those options may indeed be better suited to their career goals. We always encourage potential clients to thoroughly explore all available visa options and make an informed decision about what works best for them. Regarding your concerns about work requirements and employer communication, our goal is to ensure that all clients remain compliant with U.S. immigration laws and the terms of their labor certifications. Timely employment commencement and adherence to the terms of sponsorship are critical to maintaining the integrity of the process. We do not intend for this to create undue stress or limit career opportunities but rather to support the successful completion of the program. As for communication with employers, any recommendations we provide are intended to ensure compliance and to uphold the conditions of the EB-3 visa. We work closely with employers and clients to navigate these complex requirements, but we understand that these processes can sometimes feel restrictive. We regret if any of our actions came across as unsupportive or misaligned with your expectations. If you have specific concerns you’d like to address directly, we encourage you to contact us directly. Open communication helps us better understand your perspective and improve the services we provide. Thank you again for your feedback. We respect your opinion and wish you success in your ongoing immigration journey.
