Great tasting, smooth texture, and just the right amount of creatine. Excellent customer service, and quick shipping.

Hi there, Texture took us longer to get right than the flavor did, so seeing it called smooth is quietly satisfying. The dose is deliberate too: enough to be worth taking every day without turning it into a chore. Thank you for the note, and for the kind word about the team. Positively, Bear Balanced Team

Ordered two bags with a coupon code because of the stellar reviews on their website. Got them, they were flat out disgusting but hey, we tried. Next thing I know, 30 days later I get another two bags and was charged nearly $100! I immediately tried emailing their customer service address posted on the site and it wasn't a real address. Then I chatted in through their website and was given ANOTHER incorrect address that was returned. Finally I had them give me an email address to explain and they completely lied about their '30-day, no hassle return policy' on their website. They told me that doesn't apply to subscriptions, which I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. Then...I write a review on their website. Looks published. Guess what? It was immediately taken down even though it was straightforward and truthful. Absolutely disgusting business practices.

Hi Janice, A second shipment and a charge you were not expecting is the kind of surprise no customer should get, and chasing addresses that bounce on top of it only makes the whole thing worse. We are sorry. So that other readers have the full picture, our subscription terms and the recurring billing schedule sit directly above the purchase button at checkout, before the order is placed. As a Shopify-powered store we are required to show that on every subscription order, and we take the obligation seriously. A subscription can also be handled without going through us at all: the account icon next to the cart at the top of any page, signed in with the email or phone number from the order, where it can be paused, changed, or cancelled. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team

I have tried on numerous times to cancel subscription but this company makes it extremely difficult and continues to bill despite multiple messages to cancel. There is no number to call and have sent written requests but they claim there is no subscription but yet they continue to bill and ship

Hi there, We hear you on the cancellation process. Repeating a request and then watching the shipments keep arriving is maddening, and we are sorry you have been put through that. For clarity, the subscription terms and the recurring billing schedule are displayed directly above the purchase button at checkout, before any order is placed. Shopify requires that of us on every subscription order we take. The quickest route to stopping one does not involve messaging anybody: the account icon next to the cart at the top of any page on our site, signed in with the email or phone number from the order, shows the subscription and lets you pause, change, or cancel it on the spot. this company is awful. i placed an order to simply "try" the product...meaning 1 purchase. they send an email requesting a subscription-of course it's a scam, you're responding thinking its the subscription to receive emails. it isn't. its monthly delivery. they then state you must manage your "subscription" via their site-and, the clincher, the site is an error message. i'm fighting it-my bank is fighting it-i hate this product and i will go viral on my story. don't buy it.

Hi Jennifer, A management page that throws an error is the last thing anyone needs when they are trying to stop a subscription, and we are sorry that is what you ran into. To be transparent about the setup, the subscription terms and the recurring billing schedule are shown directly above the purchase button at checkout, before an order is placed. As a Shopify-powered store that disclosure is required on every subscription order we take. If the link you tried failed, the one that works is the account icon next to the cart at the top of any page on our site. Signing in there with the email or phone number from the order brings up the subscription to pause, change, or cancel. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team

These gummies do NOT taste good. If I'm being polite, they are gross. The closest I can compare is if you take liquid medicine and put it in gummy form and these are not small gummies. I have to chew on them just enough to break them up (or chop them into pieces) that I'm able to just swallow them down with water. Not everyone reacts the same way, but they also upset my stomach especially if I'm taking the recommended 5 gummies all at once. Also you can't return unopened packages. I purchased a 2nd bag (after the reviews I read said these tasted great - I really don't see who would think this) for a discounted amount with my first bag and am not able to return it. That's $91 wasted. Since trying these, I have gone to powdered form - tiny scoop, tasteless, that goes into my coffee in the morning and I don't even notice it.

Hi MJ, That is a specific description, and not a flattering one. The size of the gummy and the medicinal note have both gone to our product team, along with your point about five at once sitting badly. We are sorry the second bag ended up unused. Nobody buys a follow-up bag expecting to give up on it. If the powder is working better for you, that is genuinely the right call. Creatine only does anything when it is taken consistently, so the format you will actually stick with is the one worth keeping. Positively, Bear Balanced Team

These gummies are gross. They taste sour and I may have gotten a bad batch. I contacted them to let them know and they said I can return an unopened bag. So they sell gummies that are defective and sour but you can only get a refund if you never tried them?
Reply from Bear BalancedSep 22, 2026
Hi Henry, Sour is not the flavor anyone here was aiming for, and a bag that tastes off is worth flagging, so thank you for doing it. That has gone to our product team along with the detail about the batch. The logic you are describing, where the only returnable bag is the one nobody opened, is a fair thing to find frustrating, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Your note is on the record here, and notes like it are what shape the next batch. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team

Unfortunately I did not see or feel any results after taking 5 gummies per day for 60 days. They did taste good though.

Hi there, Sixty days at the full serving is a real trial, so it is disappointing that nothing showed up for you at the end of it. We would rather hear that than not. Creatine does land differently from one person to the next, and a result that never arrives is still useful information on our side. Your experience has been passed to the product team. Good to know the taste held up, at least. Thank you for giving it a proper run and for taking the time to say how it went. Positively, Bear Balanced Team

January 2023, I placed an order, I've sent emails requesting updates all I've gotten is emails promoting the product. I've reached out via email and everything no response. It's sad. It's almost going on 2 years and still nothing. I've sent receipts showing payment hoping somebody will respond instead I get the ads of the next product. Id prefer my money back but at this point I'm sure they won't give it back, it doesn't even seem like they care let alone want to send me what I paid for. It don't take much to be honest and communicate.
Reply from Bear BalancedSep 22, 2026
Hi Chris, Going this long without the product you paid for and without a straight answer is indefensible, and we are sorry. Promotional emails continuing to arrive in the meantime only makes it worse. There is no explanation that makes that acceptable. What we can say is that the pattern you describe, support requests falling through while the marketing keeps running, has been raised here as something to fix rather than a one-off. Your closing line is the right one. Communication was the failure, and that one sits with us. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team
