Stay away from this company!! I ordered 5 items. For some reason they were marked wrong and they ended up on the shipping Merry go round. After 2 weeks the order was shipped back to the company. I requested a full refund. I received a refund minus approx 19.00. I never received the item, I never refused the item it just didn't come. I actually was charged a return perhaps restocking fee. I had to tell them I was working with paypal whom I did contact and insist on the rest of my refund. I finally got the rest of my refund. I know if I hadn't persisted I would have received nothing. Did they address this in a way it would come back to them?? I'm not sure but I will never order from there again.

This is my 2nd horrible experience with Beauty Brands online and I’m now positive it will be my last after being a repeat customer of several years! I ordered a $18. product (and 1 more product) that I needed quickly. However when I received the product it was Broken! I reached out to the customer service phone number to be told they’d send me a shipping label to send it back Then they’d process my order again and send it out!!! Really!! Then when I complained the agent told me sorry that’s our policy and there’s nothing you can do about it!!! Really!! Over a $18 product I need Now!! Unbelievable that you’d treat your repeat customers that way!! I did get headquarters phone number & was told by the agent they’re just going to send you back to me!! Beauty Brands I’m very sure your company is feeling the pinch like Everyone right now in 2026 but if you want to stand out as a top notch company you need to get it together!! Not to mention you should be ashamed treating your customers that way!

I ordered for the first time and apparently received counterfeit goods. After noticing a difference in packaging and the container, I was concerned and checked several places online. The items received had numerous differences outlined and clearly are not the original products advertised. Disappointing!! No response from the company at this time and phone call goes directly to message taking.

I received pay off my order on a very damaged box. No packing slip. Tape covering the whole box. I imagine this was the shipping company's fault, but when I tried to contact customer service at the website, no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. Email hasn't been answered. 150 down the drain.

I was at the store in Wentzville, MO. i had an appointment for a premium pedicure. Bree is a magician. My nails on both my largest toe are hard to cut and look like horns. Not only was she able to make them look normal, but she also removed the calluses from the bottom of my feet! I truly am in awe of having feet i am not ashamed to show off!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have ordered several times in the past with no problem. This time during their semi annual sale I placed an order online and was notified it was cancelled. Customer service finally responded to me and said it was fraud prevention and to try a different card. I placed a second order using a different card and that one was cancelled too! I suspect they are just out of stock on the products and not updating their website. What a waste of my time!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT!!!! If I could give Beauty Brands zero stars I would. I have dealt with them twice: once on a pants order with Woman Within, and once with a body shaper from Catherines. Bpth times, I have had items not sized as expected. When I returned them, I got no refund, could not get any response about my return/refund. It's like contacting nobody. You will never get a dime of refund from these Beauty Brand companies. You will never get a response. All you ever get on their website as you look and look for a way to contact them is the live chat to nowhere and that stupid spin to win thing.

Horrible Customer Service! I have called their number for three days with no response or call back. They do not allow you to wait for the next available attendant and ask that you leave your name and number for a call back. I have done so three times with no call back from them. They did not include one of my items in the shipment so I have been charged for something I did not receive.
