This product is fake, After your response, it is clear to me that you don't care about the experience of your customers. I did try to have contact with the company, but there is no easy way to contact you; the link you have for contacting is not available. My product was spilled, and I keep saying it's fake (I tested it before buying it). For everyone who sees this, be careful and try other discounters, better customer service, and authenticity. Is the first time I've done a review like this of a company, but it's necessary; maybe this helps other people not buy fake.

Had you reached out, we would have been happy to provide you with this information directly and address any concerns you may have had. We take the authenticity of our products and the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. Thank you for your understanding, BeautyLIV.com

The perfume I purchased came sealed in the factory box. The sprayer didn’t work good and at first, I thought nothing of it since it seems to have been a factory sealed and set it aside for the summer. In pulling it out of my collection to use for the fall, I realized there wasn’t a problem with the sprayer ….The bottle was empty. I reached out to the company, but there’s a 30 day policy. They are not willing to rectify the issue. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

Dear Samantha, We understand your frustration, and we want to clarify our company policy regarding returns and damaged items. As stated in our terms and conditions, while we are responsible for shipping you your order, it is also the customer's responsibility to inspect the item upon receipt and inform us of any issues. Your purchase was made in March 2025, and you contacted us regarding this issue SIX MONTHS LATER. Our return policy, which aligns with industry standards and those of other companies in the market, allows for returns or claims within 30 days of purchase. Had you reached out to us within this 30-day window, we would have been happy to assist you. However, given the significant time elapsed, we are unable to process a return or replacement at this time. We believe our customers know us for our commitment to excellent service and our efforts to assist them whenever possible within our stated policies. Thank you for your understanding, BeautyLIV.com

Most buyers do not read return policies, mainly because most online sellers have their return policy separate from products being sold. BeautyLiv do sell authentic name brand product, and they do ship to you for free. But, if you have to return something to them they will send you a return label and deduct a $25 fee from your refund amount for shipping and return label costs. Therefore, the original free shipping is NOT free if you need to return product. I would suggest, make sure what you are buying from this online retailer is something you know you will not need to return! I learned my lesson the hard way. I would prefer this retailer make their return policy more transparent at checkout. I'm rating the retailer 3 stars because of their return policy fees.

Dear Leon, We strive to offer the best possible prices by working with very thin margins and securing the best rates from brands and distributors. Our goal is to ensure our customers receive excellent value for their purchases, which is why we also offer free shipping on orders. Regarding returns, our policy states that customers are responsible for return shipping costs when an item is being sent back at their discretion. However, if an item is incorrect or defective, we will gladly provide a free return label and cover all associated shipping fees. This policy is clearly outlined on our website, and we believe it allows us to continue providing competitive pricing while also supporting our customers when there's an issue with their order. Unfortunately, in your specific situation, as you wish to return your order, we are unable to offer a complimentary return label. Thank you for your understanding, BeautyLIV.com
