I had my order within week. I felt that you had the best prices, but when I had to pay shipping over a 160 dollar order, I realized that you don't and that's where the difference gets made up. Other than, it was all good.

Dear Maritza, The reason why we reply lately to your review is we sent you 2 different emails to help you but we didn't hear from you. If you still didn't use your perfume, we can accept your return and issue a refund to your PayPal account. As we mentioned in the emails we sent, we have never sold an opened or used item before. All products sold on BeautyLIV.com are 100% authentic guaranteed. We directly purchase products with invoices from major manufacturers and distributors, so all products we sell are guaranteed to be authentic. We definitely stand behind all products we sell. Absolutely NO dilutions, imitations, or knockoffs. Sincerely, BeautyLIV

I didn't like how the postal service didn't deliver my merchandise on the day expected. Or the BeautyLiv website when you're leaving a greivance message. But overall,I received my merchandise. I'm satisfied. I'd order from BeautyLiv again. Thanks for a great job. CB

Dear Chris, We are truly sorry that you are still making a complaint even though we replied to your emails and tried to help you all the time. As we explained to you before, this is related to the shipping carrier company, not us. Your order was placed on the evening of Thursday, October 27 and we shipped your package with PRIORITY MAIL on the next business day (as we promised). We asked you to remain calm because your order will be delivered to you shortly. However, you told us that "If this delay in getting my merchandise continues, I'm going to take serious action against your company. I know from experience, one person can do a lot of damage .You keep telling me the same crap! You and I both know you're taking advantage of consumers with a SCAM! Give me a break! That not telling me anything." Right after you received your order, you emailed us again saying "Dear BeautyLiv I just received my order Thank You. They post office gave me a delivery date and that's when I expected my item. But anyway, it's here . Sorry for the misunderstanding Thanks C." We replied to your last email by saying "You are welcome. No problem, don't be so hard on yourself. We have loved every minute of serving you. Thank you again for choosing us! Hope to serve you and your loved ones in the future." Lastly, we also issued a $6 refund to your credit card as a favor. Sincerely, BeautyLIV
