Wasn't sure about ordering from BeautyLIV but googled a website authentication report and took a chance on a discounted Profumum. I'm very glad I did as I compared it to my sample and examined the packaging. Based on that, together with the name on the shipping PERAROMA LLC DBA MAXAROMA (I looked up the company profile and have had great purchasing history from Maxaroma in the past) I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this site for a great deal on Profumum!

My order is good. It arrived a little late. I had paid $2 extra for it to be here in four days, It took a week but the PO was closed that Monday. But I was pleased and happy with the product when it arrived.,

Hello Linda, Thank you for your kind words. It's our pleasure to serve you. We are making this explanation to avoid misunderstanding. Please do not misunderstand us. As written in our products' description and shipping information page, any order that is placed after 10 AM EST, is being shipped next business day. When we pull up your order information, we see that your order was placed on June 14 at 5 PM. Since it was placed after 10 AM, we weren't able to ship your order on the same day. That is why, we shipped your order on the next business day with Priority Mail, which is June 15, and as we promised, your order was delivered in 2-4 business days (June 21). Last but not least, we want to let you know that customer satisfaction is our top priority at BeautyLIV.com. We are not happy unless you are 100% satisfied and that is why we have issued a $2 refund to your credit card. Thank you for your understanding Best regards, BeautyLIV
