They changed the design of 24HB9M to 24HB9M/U1... for a product that is built into a machine (i.e. you need to cut metal). No information on the website about this and when I called the customer service... I got, Ill pass the message upwards. Doesn't fix the problem that is not really obvious until metal cut.

Har beställt 2 ggr. skärmarna är utmärkta men dom ör helkassa på att leverera. Dom utlovar 2 dagars leverans men båda ggr. har det tagit över 10 dagar, sista har vi inte fått ännu efter 14 dagar...... Så dom ljuger friskt på hemsidan, allt skickas från Holland med GLS och det verkar inte fungera bra alls. Kan påpeka att vi har många andra leveranser från olika delar av Europa och det har funkat utmärkt trots Corona, tar sällan mer än max 3 dagar.
