The migration project to 365 hit the brakes when the hosted company did not respond to the request for impersonation on one of the mailboxes. Harpreet had extreme patience as we went through the mailbox credential verification for the sync process to occur. Once the credentials were verified the migration went flawless. Harpreet followed up thoroughly during the migration status and posed high professionalism as well as extreme knowledge at hand.

The migration process went well with the exception of the OneDrive files but the migration Team and customer service quickly engaged and resolved the issue. Great job by the BEMO Team.

Overall BEMO provided a good email migration service. They have a pretty standard process they follow which worked relatively well. The issues we had were when the process didn't work perfectly and we asked for further support. During the cutover it would be beneficial for BEMO to setup a live meeting for support calls to be addressed immediately. We had issues setting up MFA right at the start and contacting BEMO over the phone did not work and email was slow. Getting back into contact with our assigned engineer was difficult at first.

We needed to have our GoDaddy Office 365 tenant moved quickly. We contacted Bemo to see if they could meet our time requirements, which was to be totally migrated in less than two weeks from our initial call. The next day, we had a short meeting with their specialist to go over our requirements. Bemo agreed to have us migrated within our time requirements. They started mid-Monday and had us migrated by Sunday, all done in 5 days. Bemo's support team did a great job. They took all the stress out of a major system change.

Bemo was great but it took a long time to get responses so I ended up having to help everyone for all the little questions throughout the way during cutover/migration. They have since improved and have been great.
