Quick, simple, great communication. All-around excellent experience. Very much looking forward to seeing what this move to the cloud can do for our organization.

I'm impressed so far. I usually dread communicating with tech companies because typical communication skills sometimes require much deciphering and back-and-forth. But communication from BeMo is efficient and clear, and they swiftly addressed a couple of issues that came up for me at sign-up. I could also tell that their in-house communication systems are well-oiled. I haven't received product support as I had expected, however.

Thank you for taking the time to write this out, it really lets us know how we're doing and where we can improve. I'm sorry that someone wasn't able to meet your expectations regarding receiving product support! We will make sure to follow up with people more frequently in the future to ensure they received the help they needed! Thank you again for your business.
