Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

I ordered eight items from the website which was easy to navigate The prices are exraordinary -- there seem always to be online specials or discounts -- and there were several shipping options The order was delivered as promised and on time No back orders and no delays what more is there to say?

Product came as expected. Shipping was quick. Even did a partial refund for the difference of the better price on price match when I had already ordered the product without that link.

Ben's had by far the best price on Brooks sadles, but I had several questions about the product. They were pleasent, patient, knowledgeable, and were able to explain every question in a manner that was easy to understand. They want the best for you. I truely believe this.
