Excellent- can only recommend. For me exactly what I wanted: fast learning with knowledgeable teachers

Our instructor Simona was wonderful and excellent teacher. She took the time to answer questions. I like the Berlitz approach which forces you to start speaking in Italian in full sentences from the very first class. It helps you overcome any fears of speaking and figuring it out as you go. What would be a helpful improvement is for Berlitz to provide more audio drills that reinforce and help you listen to what you learn in each chapter, in between classes.

Berlitz has outstanding teachers. Really enjoyed my experience

Every Lesson was really great. The only reason why I rate 4 stars is there were no milestones and goal settings at first session and each teacher have taught me based on different method. If we could share same goals at the initial timing, I feel that whole lessons can be connected organically and would be more beneficial. Also, it was more kind for me if I could receive textbook from Berlitz for preparation and review.

Do not recommend unless you have a little background in Spanish already. Homework did not make sense. It would say I had wrong answers, and I would ask the instructor, and they said they were right. I did not like the exercises (you had to just guess on some of them. I even have a full-time Spanish speaking employee, and he was confused) I don’t like that I felt rushed and sometimes we would move along when I did not understand fully because we had to stay on track of the course. Berlitz did not have my email or even name right, therefore, I was not getting correspondence.

I have been exceptionally pleased with every aspect of my experience with Berlitz. My teacher is wonderful, encouraging and knowledgeable; the schedulers have been proactive, efficient and flexible; and surprisingly to me the course was very effective through zoom and complemented with follow up materials from the teacher. I extended my course after the first one and hope to continue with them in the future.

Great job. My instructor was excellent...highly engaging, committed, passionate about teaching language and eager to help me learn. The materials are all excellent and very interactive, which helps to make them very relevant and interesting.
