As an IT security professional, I was disappointed to learn after the purchase that Berlitz' online courses require Adobe Flash. Flash has been recognized for years as inherently insecure. Microsoft, Google, and Mozilla (Firefox) have deprecated the use of Adobe Flash and have all announced some time ago that their support for Flash will be ending. A cursory review of Flash's poor security track record will readily demonstrate why all major browser developers have elected to take that path. I requested a refund without so much as looking at the first course from Berlitz. I use my laptop for online banking and paying bills. For me, the risk just wasn't worth the benefit from taking a Berlitz course.

I feel that the technology severely impacts my desire to follow the course. So unenjoyable that I’ve given up after only a couple of weeks.

Fantastic experience. Sally and Stefan were both EXCELLENT! I learned so much, and we had a lot of laughs, too, which is so important. A week of intense German could be very stressful, if the instructors didn’t have great personalities ... and wonderful senses of humor!

I signed up for private lessons for my own enjoyment. I had a reasonable working background knowledge of the language I wanted to work on. The lessons are somewhat prescriptive and tailored to a business environment which was not my focus, but the were general enough for my purposes which was to improve conversational French. I would prefer a bit more practice speaking, but overall the lessons have been very helpful. To get the most from the program a fair amount of studying is required and I also supplemented the learning by reading French journals and listening to French pod casts on various topics. My teacher was patient and always helpful

I logged off and couldnt get back in wasted 3 months of not using it and no reply from customee service paid for nothing

Berlitz US is an excelent school, teachers with hight level, very nice environment and confortable. Good didatic and organization. I recommend this School to everybory. Fantastic experience. Speak with confidence.
