Couple weeks ago did move with this company, great attitude, very careful workers. Thank you Sergei.

Great experience from start to finish. The movers were fast, organized, and careful with everything. What really surprised me was that they finished the move quicker than expected, so the final price actually came out lower than the original estimate. Everything went smoothly and there were no unexpected charges. Would definitely use them again!

I recently used Best Moving & Storage for my move, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The office team was responsive, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the process. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of my furniture and fragile items with great care. The movers were professional, respectful, and well-organized. They wrapped everything properly, loaded the truck quickly, and delivered everything without any damage. The pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, and the final cost matched what was discussed. If you’re looking for a reliable moving company that values customer service and takes great care of your belongings, I highly recommend Best Moving & Storage. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for my next move.

We recently moved from Chicago to Boston and used Best Moving & Storage. Honestly, the whole process was much easier than we expected. The movers showed up on time, worked fast, and handled our furniture carefully. Everything arrived to Boston safe and without any damage. Moving long distance is always stressful, but these guys made it smooth. Would definitely recommend them.

Company never discussed with me there was a non-refundable deposits until after the fact I had already paid the deposit, so when I called to cancel my appointment, which is over 30-days from now that is when I found out about this. If this was discussed with me during the call and before signing and paying deposit, I would have never chose this company. I see if I canceled the day before or the day of having a non-refundable deposit make sense, but no, they are making a killing off people like myself who want to cancel service in a reasonable timeframe.

Excellent moving service! The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process stress free. Everything arrived on time and in great condition. Would absolutely work with them again.
