I was hesitant to order RTA online but the site was easy to navigate and everything I ordered was right on. I did my entire kitchen plus an island and the cabinets were easy to build and there was ample hardware to complete the job. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from this site again.

Cabinets were great quality. Thank goodness there was only one scratch on the top of one of the wall cabinets. A great set of instructions need to be included. We got on Youtube and found many videos that helped us put them together. We have done a lot of remodels, but plan on putting this in a rental program and wanted better Quality that you get from big box stores. Thank you.

I bought birch Shaker cabinets in painted white and they were painted almost perfectly. However, a couple of cabinets and drawer slides were damaged upon arrival but their service team fixed everything right away. All I had to do was take pictures to send to them and the replacements arrived undamaged. However, one wall corner face frame cracked again once it was tightened up but luckily the cracks were in inconspicuous places that time so I was able to use the cabinet anyway and I feel that is a reflection of the thinness of the frame, not the company's quality. Everything went together easily for the most part but it is definitely harder and much slower than one is led to believe. Again, I think that would happen with any company though. The only reason I didn't give this company a 5 star rating is because their directions stink! No verbal directions whatsoever, just tiny drawings. So I had to email them several times with questions but they were fairly timely with their responses. I also called them which turned out to be better than emailing and I could understand their instructions much better that way. Even their videos didn't help as much as the phone calls. So it took me 28 hours of actual work to assemble 14 cabinets but that was doing the doors and drawers and everything. And it took me so long because the cabinet frames do not have any predrilled pilot holes for the door hinges nor do the drawer faces have any pilot holes so I had to do a lot of time-consuming measuring to get them in exactly the right spots. I think I could have cut my assembly time by seven hours if all of those pilot holes had been predrilled since it took me about 30 minutes per cabinet to measure and drill all those pilot holes. That was also the other big disappointment since all the panels and frames and shelves all had predrilled holes which made putting everything together very fast. All in all though, I think they have fantastic quality (everything fit like a glove), and excellent pricing, they just need much better instructions. I will definitely buy from them again in the future on my next remodel.

If you want a high quality product at value, Best Online Cabinets is the place. We spent about 3 months reviewing other products. Highly recommend ordering a sample panel and compare products. The level of support at all levels is outstanding. Our direct representative, RB, who we were able to personally visit from San Diego is just a kind person to work with. Great demeanor. In addition, able to visually see a complete Kitchen in the Cabinet City Showrooom. RB goes above and beyond to reassure you the deliverables are exactly as discussed, elite customer service representative. Since we live in San Diego, we were able to use the install team from Cabinet City (Los Angeles/San Gabriel) for the Cabinets and Countertops. Installers are true artisans in their craft in every case. There are quite a few nuances like spacers if needed and how those are set to keep the smooth flow of the design. In addition, countertop materials especially for a falling edge, should match to keep the stone flowing. In almost all cases, except where we ran out of material for the Island slab did we not have continuous pattern. But the other three falling edges were a identical match to from the Horizontal to vertical. And if you can use their install team for a turnkey solution, I'd highly recommend their Sister Company, Cabinet City. Order a sample Panel, see for yourself. One of my neighbors is doing a complete home overhaul, and he told me, he's not going to let his wife see our kitchen, LOL.
