Best Online CabinetsReviews of bestonlinecabinets.com

I have done business with Best Online Cabinets several times now and they have been very helpful with the design. Delivery is as promised and the product is up to my standards. I will continue to do business with them.

I had a good experience buying the ash black base cabinets, everything went as expected, very pleased with the customer service, very helpful ladies. Some cabinets weren't easy to put together but that's kind of expected from rta cabinets, overall a good experience, thanks.

Ordered our cabinets from Bestonline cabinets. Customer service so far has been absolutely great. Ordering was easy, del went smoothly. We haven't put the cabinets together yet, but, as soon as we do, I will leave another review to give my opinion of the quality of the cabinets. Hope this helps anyone considering using Bestonline cabinets. 😀

8 years of experience of working with and assembling cabinets and the quality of the white shaker cabinets blew me away. I have ordered from well over a dozen different companies for my clients and no white cabinets compare to Best Online. The major issue with white cabinets is once it shrinks or expands you're screwed. The joint lines from where the pieces connect on the door are distorted and noticeable which completely ruins the door. This company makes their doors from a one piece slab of wood which solves the problem. I will definitely be going with this company again for future white cabinets.

My husband and I are first time home owners and decided to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms. We looked at numerous cabinet stores for the white shaker style cabinets for our kitchen. It was so hard to find one that was of good quality and price. Most of the samples we had seen at different stores had cracks at the corners of the door. I didn't like that and was determined to find a place that had better quality and craftsmanship. We then found ourselves at Best Online Cabinets. Everyone there was so nice and made sure we were being helped. Josh assisted us and was very patient, understanding and informative. He sent us a sample of their white shaker and of course first thing I look at are the corners =P. The color of the shaker was a nice white and there were no cracks in the corners!! My eyes lit up and I told my husband this is the one, and my husband agreed. We were so happy that we finally found the ONE and now can move on to other things. Their prices are reasonable especially for the quality and craftsmanship of their cabinets. We also bought our bathroom vanities from them in both white and espresso shaker. Thank you Josh for all that you have done for us and we will be using you again for our second home in the future.

I purchased 48" vanity hoping for a great product. I was really disappointed. The drawers were not aligned and one of the rails was broken. The plywood was questionable since one of the sides was falling apart and I had to glue it together. I would have to think twice before I would make another purchase from this seller. I have no complaints, however, about the customer service. Overall I am very disappointed.

Ordered about 16 cabinets shipping was on time and cabinets were great easy to put together and hang.Only one problem three of the doors had a dent in them josh has been very good about replacing them but Fed X has missed them up .Still waiting on replacements about three month.Service has been great but I would like to get this done.

best response of all online sellers.
