Overall, I believe BestPass is the best "all-in-one" tolls solutions for companies and carriers that travel nationwide. The account managers we have worked with have been kind and friendly. I think the company has good initiatives, but I would like to see improvements in reporting capabilities.

Do like the simplicity of using the system. Fast and Easy. Would like to see available reports updated, A build a report would be nice.

Best pass is good and convenient for the most part but recently I've had a couple unpaid tolls sent to my house .I wish there was a better discount on tolls as well.

I like the tolling system. Their billing statements could be much more clear

Great customer service...only issue is I wish it was a one stop shop for the weigh station pass and toll pass. Going through different agents from different departments brings confusion.
