BetterHelp provided me with the perfect therapist who helped me through the most difficult time in my life. I am a completely different person today than I was a year ago! Can’t thank you enough BetterHelp!

I love my therapist first of all! We meet weekly and I love that he gives me baby homework assignments for the week ahead. I also love the classes that I can register for for free. They’re unlimited and really have helped open my eyes to the psychology behind my past trauma hurt loss and how we develop patterns to survive that in the end prevent us from really living! I have gotten so much out of my membership in just 3 short months! I recommend to EVERYONE! We ALL need therapy! PERIODT!

I've been using BetterHelp for the last three months, after a pretty full-on couple of years where I thought I was managing things - turns out I was not managing as well as I thought I was. I've met with Nigel every week since I started - haven't missed a day - and the progress we've made since we started has been phenomenal. I have been supported, nurtured and encouraged in such a brilliant way - and importantly considering it's therapy, I've been confronted with things in a really positive and safe environment. For anything considering therapy, I'd highly recommend it - and would absolutely recommend BetterHelp as a really great platform for that therapy. It's flexible and works around my schedule, and has been outright fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.

BetterHelp makes therapy accessible and convenient. Therapy is about finding the right therapist for you, and at BetterHelp, their matching process is great. If you don’t perfectly click with the first therapist you are matched with, you can easily change. The app is super easy to use, there are a variety of ways to connect with your therapist, and the resources available beyond your therapist are wonderful tools to broaden your journey.

BetterHelp has helped me in so many ways! I am now able to communicate with my partner even when I don’t understand what I am feeling exactly. I have also been taught to look at things in a different perspective which has helped massively in certain parts of my MH. I definitely recommend using BetterHelp

I'm very grateful to have found BetterHelp and my therapist!! The therapist I was matched to is amazing!! I was in a very dark place in my life and she has helped me to manage my way thru it. The app is very easy to use - scheduling appointments, multiple types of sessions, ability to reschedule if needed. There's also classes offered.

It was a very easy process to get set up. When I wanted a specific therapist customer service was very responsive and took care of everything. My therapist is a great fit and scheduling is easy.
