Betterhelp is amazing! It's very easy to get an appointment and they work with your insurance too! I would recommend it to anyone! Very convenient to have your sessions from your phone or laptop. I highly recommend and believe in them.

I was skeptical of BetterHelp at first because I thought I might not find what I was looking for- I was SO wrong. From the moment I made a profile, every interaction with the website, app, and customer service was seamless and easy. I was matched with a therapist, Katherine Coates, who I honestly don't know how I went so long without. Everything she says, every question or piece of advice, is given with so much empathy and insight. She is extremely intuitive, knowing when it is best to listen and when I need to hear something, but she never pushes me to have conversations I am not ready for. I can't thank her enough, or BetterHelp for connecting us. My life has truly been changed for the better.

BetterHelp makes good-quality mental health care accessible and affordable. You can receive therapy online in whichever way you'd prefer, and financial aid is available. I have been using it for a few months, and it has really helped me. I have attended webinars, used wellness tools, and attended weekly therapy sessions with an excellent therapist. I highly recommend BetterHelp.

I was leary of online therapy at first. But after signing up, although my first therapist was a really great person, I was able to choose one that better aligned with me. The system works quite well and we have a video session once a week. There is also a journaling section that you can share with your therapist if you want. I found this has helped my they know me very quickly and be able to guide me in the right direction on how to best take care of me. I haven’t used the group classes yet as I’m not there yet. But a few of them look interesting and I’ll eventually go regularly. Overall, a great alternative to having a local therapist.

The initial screening which helped pairing me with the therapist was the deal breaker. That was the thing that made me hopeful and trust the process. And its result, the actual pairing, worked! The journal feature can be helpful with the automated prompts that make you think about things you might not actually choose to ponder otherwise...

Everything about this is wonderful. The ease of signing up, finding a therapist, figuring out what exactly it is you're even looking for, keeping you on track, acting as a live journal, literally everything. Then you add the fact that they take insurance, and there's just no beating BetterHelp!

You get to really nitpick in the choosing of your therapist. I’ve been with mine I’m not sure how long, maybe a year? Regardless this is a great thing that’s going on.
