Happy We are happy to have BetterMed Urgent Care in Ashland which makes it close to our home. We have used this facility several times for cuts, sprains, fractures & breathing issues. Excellent care, short waits, informative, helpful and caring staff.

I was treated at the BetterMed in Colonial Heights Virginia the front staff was very engaging and knowledgeable the check in was very quick I was taken to the back in an exam room the nurse came in very friendly and very sensitive to my medical condition and within minutes the dr came in she made the process very easy and it made me feel at ease.I deathly recommend this place.
