Convenient online appointment and check in. The wait time was good. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. My daughter received great care and was given information and told how to continue her care after we left.

Was it & out in like an hour then just to be sure I went back in 7 days 3 days before I finished my antibiotic only because 3 yrs ago pneumonia got me really bad All was clear Anyway 2nd visit took about 1.5 hours but peace of mind was well needed Thanks Doc

My child was misdiagnosed. I was told my child had a virus, and I was sent home with cough syrup on a Wednesday. I was told to follow up with my pediatrician on Monday. I followed up with the pediatrician the next day. My pediatrician listened to him and said he sounded like he had pneumonia. She had her diagnosis confirmed with a chest Xray. My child was extremely sick, and the BetterMed Dr totally missed it. My biggest problem with the experience was that the BetterMed doctor did not come back into the room after the results of his flu and strep test came back negative. I told her that my child's temperature had reached 103 that morning, and she didn't care enough to come in herself and give me instructions or some type of action plan for how to get him better. She sent a tech into the room to give me paperwork, and sent me on my way.

I was told I had a staph infection without being tested. Prescribed antibiotics,steroids, steroid cream and probiotics. Saw a dermatologist 2 days later. No staph. It was an allergic reaction. Expensive mistake. Will not return.

Great place, they took care of me in minutes. Staff was polite and they even fallowed up with me the next day.

This is my third time visiting and it was a third home run. The staff are nothing but fantastic. The nurses are great and the PA I got to see again for a new emerging issue was fantastic. They take their time with you and are thorough. I actually prefer these guys over my regular doctor! The facility is newer and is well kept.
