Had to wait a while but that was because I didn't have an appointment but my experience their was great everyone was so polite and everything was clean definitely reccomend BetterMed Urgent Care !

I went into the website the night before my appt and made an appt for 1:30. Showed up to urgent care at 1:00pm. They took me into the room around 1:30 and for 30 minutes I was waiting in the room for the dr to come in. I had to go outside and ask why a dr. had not been in yet to see me. They stated there was 3 patients ahead of me, I stated I made an appt for 1:30 and walk ins shouldn’t have been taken before me. Worst experience is when you’re sick and tired and you make an appointment for a reason and you’re still sitting. Very slow. Will never go to this urgent care again.
