Was not immediately impressed as 3 workers were talking to each other and ignored me until they realized I was there for medical help. Once I was registered I got immediate care and was impressed with amount of care and concern.

Great medical staff, but one star for billing. On four occasions I have received the bill 4-5 months after the visit. When I check my insurance there is no record of them submitting anything, so they just charge my CC on file. I had to place limit on my the amount of the transaction to get them to even talk to me and resubmit through my insurance and then months later receive the bill.

Better Med staff are efficient and thorough. They did not create any alarm as they handle each patient with care and use excellent precautions with regards to covid. A service you can trust with your health and care.

The location of BetterMed in the Spotsylvania/Fredercksburg is a short drive when you exit 95. The staff were knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. The facility is clean and has fairly large patient rooms were you wait for the Doctor or Physician. I was diagnosed quickly. I would use this BetterMed again.

I love Better Med. Everyone from the front desk to the Doctors very ggod. Doctors explain everything, they really listen. So when I can't get into my regular doctor this is where I go.
