Beyond FitnessReviews of beyondfitness.coach

I’m the head female success coach on this wonderful team and CEO - Kade Howell is my coach! I’ve worked with other coaches in the past but Kade goes above and beyond with his service for me. He directed me with empathy and sincere care throughout my first bodybuilding contest prep and we took home 2 FIRST PLACE awards! ❤️

I’ve been working with Beyond Fitness for around 4 years now and was able to lose 76 pounds going from my biggest to leanest physique and in that time was able to do a photoshoot and appreciate a physique I’ve never had before. Beyond Fitness has been there for me and guided me through everything every step of the way and has always been very supportive and trustworthy. Beyond Fitness helped me lose the weight in a way that has been fun and sustainable without having to cut out certain foods and taught me the basics behind how weight gain and weight loss actually works and eliminated myths I used to believe, I highly recommend putting your trust and time into Beyond Fitness and let them change your life, you won’t be disappointed.

Beyond Fitness truly changed my life. I came to Beyond Fitness wanting to achieve a lean, muscular body. I was always interested in fitness and the gym, but I didn’t know how to structure any meaningful plan, so I wasn’t making any progress. Beyond Fitness changed that for me. The coaches laid out a very clear plan tailored to my individual needs. While sticking to the plan was hard work, the coaches gave me all the resources I could need to make learning about fitness and adhering to the plan as simple as possible. They planned my nutrition targets tailored to my body composition, setup workouts that were challenging yet fun and enjoyable, and took me through the process of body recomposition. The results are shocking. Looking at my progress photos now compared to when I started is like looking at two completely different people. I’m lean, I’m built, and on top of that, I have much greater confidence and self-respect having successfully stuck with the training. I’d reccomend Beyond Fitness to anybody looking to learn how to make fitness work for them. Thank you Beyond Fitness for all that you’ve done for me!

I have had the most incredible experience with Beyond Fitness!!! It used to feel very overwhelming to go into the gym, and I used to turn in circles not going where to go and what to do but with the help of Coach Anna, I walk into the gym with confidence knowing exactly what to do and where to go. Nutrition has always been a struggle for me but with the guidance of Coach Anna I am able to balance my meals with the right amount of protein, calories, and nutrients and I still really enjoy eating. I have had weekly check-ins with Coach Anna and that has changed my life. We should all have an accountability buddy! Thank you to the Beyond Fitness Team for all their dedication, care, and guidance. Especially Coach Anna:)
