Beyond Menu helps independent restaurants get found online, get chosen by hungry diners, and turn first-time customers into regulars.Running a restaurant is hard work. The digital side shouldn't make it harder. Most owners don't have time to manage online ordering, review responses, Google listings, and marketing campaigns on top of everything else. Other delivery apps take a cut of every order and put their brand between restaurants and their customers. Beyond Menu takes a different approach. We give restaurants their own direct online ordering, so owners keep more of every sale and stay connected to the people they serve. Our AI upsell technology helps increase order values naturally, suggesting items diners actually want. We manage reviews, optimize menu descriptions, and keep Google Business Profiles accurate and up to date, so restaurants show up when nearby diners search for their next meal. Loyalty programs and email and SMS campaigns bring customers back again and again.Everything works together. Ordering feeds reviews. Reviews feed visibility. Visibility feeds orders. Owners see it all from one simple app, without needing to be tech experts. For diners, Beyond Menu is a straightforward way to order from local restaurants you love, knowing more of your money goes to the people cooking your food.We win when restaurants win. No confusing pricing, no nickel-and-diming, no fine print. Just a partner that handles the digital details so owners can focus on what they do best: running a great restaurant.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. after an hour of trying by phone to track it which was very difficult, they sent us a picture of a black door with no address to where it was delivered. It looked like a familiar door so my husband went up and down the blocks but saw nothing. We sent them a picture of our red door with correct address and eventually were able to cancel the order. We're looking at our CC bill to see if it was done. But what a ...up. We had no idea we were using this as it doesn't ID itself. We thought we were ordering direct from the restaurant Bae Wei which is a pretty good place. But I went bananas on them for not being to fix the situation and am slamming them on social media.

Never give me my money back Canceled my order with out telling me

Hi customer 1, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. Your feedback is important to us, and we want to make sure this is addressed properly. After reviewing your order, we can confirm it was canceled on the same day it was placed. Since the cancellation occurred immediately, no funds were ever deducted from your account. What you may have seen was a temporary authorization hold from your bank, which we released right away. Typically, these holds disappear from your transaction history within a few days, so the charge should no longer appear in your statement. We also sent you a cancellation confirmation email for your records. If you’d like to go over any details or need further clarification, please reach out to us at [email protected] or (630) 776-3590. We’re happy to assist. Best regards, The Beyond Menu Team

I ordered from a local restaurant for my severely disabled son’s birthday. Chinese food is his favorite and we have it every year on his special day. The food was delicious, as always, but unfortunately they forgot his Egg Foo Young, which was very disappointing. The owners do not speak English, so it would have been too difficult to go back and explain the problem . I decided to write to Beyond Menu, with only the thought that they might let the owners know how important it is to check the orders before giving it to the customer. Not only did they write back in record time, they contacted the owners and we received an adjustment on our bill. This happened in a matter of hours and was so unexpected and heartwarming. In an often cold and impersonal world, it was wonderful to know a kind person , by the name of Lei, took the time to read my letter and to act on it immediately. As I told Lei, my faith in humanity had been restored! I give Beyond Menu ( and New China restaurant) 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

i would give it zero stars if I could. we ordered our food at 7:20 with a quoted delivery time of 45 minutes. I got a text at 8:09 saying the food was on the way (we live 6 miles from the restaurant). at 8:40 the food still had not arrived. When I called to complain, customer service said "sorry" but offered no compensation. After a long negotiation on the phone, they offered to reimburse me for the $10 tip I gave to the driver. Will avoid this service whenever possible.

The Delivery service sucks. It sucks the craving for the food out of you. I have been waiting for 3 hours to get the food I ordered three hours ago. The delivery driver cant tell Street from Place. They took the food to the wrong address twice, and now I have to pick the food up. The representative that answered the phone was polite and patient, but they need better drivers..
