Unhappy
It is super difficult to get set-up and even more confusing how to get it to work with ground control. Got frustrated and gave up. So far feeling like I wasted my money

terrible. product didn't work. they asked to become an admin of my website and still did not solve the problem. seems like a scam

We understand the frustration when a product does not work as expected, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. To clarify the situation, support was promptly provided starting November 5th. After some back and forth, we requested admin access to address the installation issue and received it on November 17th, at which point we immediately proceeded to fix the problem. Throughout this process, all messages from the customer were answered without omission. I am still waiting for customer's designer to response since then. The code remains active on your site, and the tutorial provides clear guidance for customizing the delivery date picker. Other customers have recently purchased and successfully activated the same plugin: Squarespace datepicker While we have processed the requested refund, we share this information so that other potential customers can make their own informed decisions about the product and service. Lightbox Video Plugin does not work as described. Also, have not received a response from support, hence this negative review. Disappointed.
