Being a condo board member in Fort Lauderdale can be very challenging when it comes time to hire a GC in order to tackle a large scale project with concrete restoration and painting involved. After a strenuous interview process of contractors, we settled on BFM. We couldn’t be happier with the way they approached the project safely with all the large scopes. The concrete restoration and painting look top tier and we couldn’t be happier.

Our home in Las Olas Fort Lauderdale recently encountered leaks through out our rear balcony slabs and windows. BFM and team went above and beyond to isolate the water intrusion and waterproofed all slabs and window glazing. Communication and execution was exceptional, highly recommended them

Huge shoutout to Jack, Marc, and the concrete crew at BFM. We had bad spalling on our condo balconies and needed the main pool deck waterproofed before winter season. These guys were out here every morning at 7:30 AM on the dot. Super respectful of the residents and they kept the dust down as much as physically possible. Passed the city inspections without any drama. Great company, would recommend.

I use BFM for the exterior maintenance and stucco work on a couple of my strip malls. Most crews in this area show up late, leave trash everywhere, and try to hit you with change orders the second a job gets moving. These guys don't play those games. They coordinated the staging so it didn't block my tenants' foot traffic, stuck to the contracted price, and the workmanship is clean. They run a tight ship on-site and keep the paperwork straight. I don't have time to watch over a crew's shoulder, and with BFM, I don't have to. Will keep using them!
