If I could give this place negative five stars I would. Went in to this “shop” on 9/30 to replace four tire pressure sensors. After install took three times as long as I was told it would take I left. Ten minutes later my front tire pressure sensors stopped working. Went back, and they reset something and I left again, about 20 miles later they stopped working again. Went back about a week later and they stated nothing was wrong even tho my dash says service my tire monitoring system, and does not read pressure on two front tires. Avoid this place, they do terrible work, and don’t even stand behind their bad work even tho they say work has a one year warranty. They should change their name to BIG JOKE instead of big brand.

Their sales practices and service descriptions are deceptive bordering on fraud. Their claim of 4th tire free promotion requires the purchase of an unnecessary “extended warranty” amounts to nearly the price of the fourth tire. Saving no money and not being able to decline the warranty and receive the advertised price.

The location on 11526 W Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066 are horrible. Incompetent morons. They are crooks, the over price women mainly and take advantage of them. And when they do scam them into working with them, they do the worst work ever. One month after brakes, they made a loud grinding sound. Took them to anoher company and they said they never changed the rotors as per the invoice...looks like they grinded them down without telling us and charging us for new rotors. SHAME on this Big Brand Tires

Brought my 2016 ram 2500hd for tire repair , rotation and balance . 700 am. Appointment had there 645 am . It was a drop off . I was called at 8:30 a.m. truck was completed. All good , tire shine on tires? Flat was in same position ? Cupped tires still on steer axel . No paper work indicated tire movement or corrected wheel balance , If big Brand offers free tire rotation a the and balance , and does not do the service what do you do ?

Stay away from this clowns. In April I replaced the tires on my wife's car, a month later she said that she had a wheel pressure icon on display and we stopped by them to check. The mechanic checked the pressure and said that the tires was over inflated and he corrected it out. A couple of weeks later, she said that the pressure icon had not disappeared. On the nearest Saturday, I used her car and drove past the Discount Tires shop and asked them to check the sensors, and it turned out to be; that on the right rear wheel the sensor was missing, It's just not there! Then I drove back to the Big Brand Tire & Service and asked them how so they didn't install the sensor. The answer was that there was no sensor there (My wife's car is always serviced at the Mercedes dealership) and the manager said not to install. And so: these clowns broke the sensor when replacing the tire,did not replace it, and did not notify me. After a short argument with the view that they were doing me a favor, the sensor was installed, but the TPMS refused to work and the mechanic said that I needed to change two more sensors because they fried. The mechanic is a complete liar because the sensors were tested 30 minutes ago at Discount Tires. After that I went to Discount Tires and they reset TPMS without any problems. Awful experience.

This company is a corrupt joke don't work for them.

Had a new brake light switch installed for $140 but it didn't resolve the issue. I Was told my Brake light bulbs were good and my car needs a diagnostic of $180 to discover why my brake lights are not working. If found and repaired, I will be charged for the diagnostic and labor. I said no to the diagnostic and went to the dealership and my brake lights bulbs were the problem.

Store Manager Miguel Gomez (8280 E 22nd st) went beyond to assist me with a price match for 4 new tires. I recommend this store and they will have my future business.
