The web application works, it is effective at updating my shop as I edit and also as my clients make purchases. I like that I can post new classes or items quickly and also edit or reuse listings periodically. I have used big cartel since 2020 and as a small shop, selling to my own local area, I like that I can simply keep a small shop that isn’t overly complicated or built for major retailers.

Big Cartel provides a solid WSYIWYG editor that has more customizations and a smarter UI than competitors. Pricing wins among other similar platforms. They provide uncommonly good, human support with quick turnaround times and real solutions to complex problems. As someone who could code their own website, most platforms are annoyingly simple or provide an illusion of customization. The integrations are fluid and seamless - this improves the power of this platform for your business tenfold.

I've been using Big Cartel to build my Christian apparel and devotional brand, Ghetto Kustom Designz, and my experience has been very positive. The platform is easy to learn, the dashboard is clean, and it's simple to add products, organize categories, and manage my store. I especially appreciate that Big Cartel allows small businesses to start and grow without feeling overwhelmed by complicated features. The integration with Printful has made it much easier to sell print-on-demand products, and the storefront has a professional look that fits my brand well. As I've continued to grow my business, I've learned more about SEO, product organization, and marketing, and Big Cartel has given me a solid foundation to build on. Customer support resources and help articles have also been useful whenever I've needed guidance. No platform is perfect, but overall I've had a great experience and would recommend Big Cartel to other artists, creators, and small business owners who want an affordable and easy-to-manage online store. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great platform to start and grow your shop with! I've been a happy customer for 6 years and have no need to look elsewhere! Everything's intuitive and the rates are good deals for the features you get.
