One of the worst programs I used. Almost all apps broken and doesnt work and yet they dont provide refund for bigcommerce store AND for scammy apps that ignore emails and steal your money. Please if you love business STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I BEG YOU!

Tried to use Big commerce to set up my store, but not much guidance and instructions (I am pretty new to using tools/platforms like this). Looked through the site, still limited resources to be honest.

Bad service stay away I've been using them for 2 years. Their customer service don't solve any problem, when you ask them for anything they tell you that they know some professional developers that can help you but you have to pay them. They don't have enough free apps. Their selling channels integration is always down & not working. Like Facebook shop & Google merchant I always have problems that won't ever be fixed that causing to lose money & customers.

Very poor. Been a customer for 7 years. Pay them around A$1000+ pm and our website turned off for maintenance. When we contacted them to find out more were advised payment didn’t go through. Credit card had expired and received no notification. Was told they were having internal problems with payment notification. Could have just called me. $10,0000+ per year and just a number

I was about to join Big Commerce last night. I tried to log in and keep rejecting my user and pass. Account locked... They sent me an email to unlock the account. Log in with the new details and... Wrong user and pass. How the heck I'm going to join a business that i cant even log in? Terrible experience so i better move to another company especially after reading this reviews!!

I've run my website on BigCommerce for 10 years. They automatically upgrading my subscription when I just tipped over the threshold and I've been stuck in it for almost a year now. My sales for this year have been terrible and I've explained to them that I simply cannot afford to keep making the payments to them for the much more expensive price tier. I don't care about any of the feature upgrades that were given with the website upgrade, I just need to cut costs and they couldn't care less. It is now having a dramatic negative affect on my ability to stay in business. This is no way to treat a loyal customer who is now looking to take their business elsewhere for the next 10+ years.

Total arragance from this lot, something as simple as exporting products is now time consuming. I used to be able to export all products that I chose, now im limited to only 250. This comany stuffs up things that work and dont take any notice of customers requests. Pathetic little dictaors
