Waiting period went from 5 weeks to 2 months. UPS shows delivered but as the sender my able to assist me with a proof of delivery. So cannot claim from receiving company because I can’t get a proof of delivery, and they don’t care. Use someone else. You’ll be better off

Hennie/Jan thank you for your feedback. On our end we did send Proof of shipping here is the tracking number 9400150105800039211225 It does show delivered to the front desk/reception mailroom at 4:47 AM on Oct 16th 2025 we did have a discourse where you requested this and we did provide this. We also spent a handful of hours coordinating with USPS to track this down and were told to check with you. We then kept this open for you to respond and the last we heard from you was November 22nd we would be happy to accommodate you and make you a new set if you have not received them yet.
