We have only had one package of the brats but I didn't like them at all. My husband said they were so so!

Sauce bottles are very small. Like very small. Bummed.

The Chicago Sauce was delivered promptly. I was a bit underwhelmed by the product however. It was not flavorful enough in my opinion. There was a bit of zip because of the sports, but I think you need to add more mustard. After the first time eating it on my dogs I added mustard.

Love Big Fork Bacon sausages. Am a bit disappointed with the shipping ‘policy’ of shipping on Monday and Tuesday during the day… Ordered six packs of sausage on 11/16 at about 1pm but (not mentioned anywhere) missed their weekly shipping window by 20 minutes as was explained to me… order didn’t ship till a week later on 11/23. Did receive in time for Thanksgiving day but had intended to make for my in-town guests during the week. Be advised, apparently only ship on Monday and Tuesday so plan your order accordingly. If this was stated on the website I missed it. Love the products though :)

The Chicago sauce was amazing - the bacon dogs... not so much. Overpriced and overhyped. Really really disappointing. Pork sticks were good though. The bacon dogs... we cooked them three different ways to see how we could really get the bacon flavor to come out. Open fire: no. Stovetop griddle: no. Grill: noooope. Idonno what we did wrong but this was a disappointment.

The topping was ok. I have had stuff similar for a MUCH cheaper price.

I requested the pork and bacon Kölner loaded down with matured cheddar. It was the most delectable Kölner I have at any point eaten. The request showed up on schedule. I will arrange more wiener. Will presumably attempt one of the different flavours and furthermore the first one I requested. Keep doing awesome.

I liked the flavor of the original sticks. In the sample pack I also received the curry and maple/pepper sticks. I did not care for the flavor of these two.
