They did the impossible
We were in immediate need for a replacement 30 station Irritrol controller. We couldn’t find one anywhere in Southern California and the manufacturer said they wouldn’t have one until next year. The individual at big irrigation immediately got on the phone with his connections and found what we needed in Northern California and had it shipped to us in a few days! I was both happy and impressed.

Still have not received as of 12 December. Maybe fault of post office as mountain communities have problem recently publicized as worthy of congressional over site
