Although we offer Free Shipping for all products - this is only within the 48 states of the contiguous USA. We DO charge for shipping to Canada, as you know. These boxes with giant 5 foot bears are quite big and heavy, and shipping them to another Country (even if you are our friendly neighbors) isn't cheap for sure. FYI, we are working on a heavily DISCOUNTED shipping system to Canada in the future, and we will post that on our website when it is in place. In the meantime, since we DO highly value your business from "up North" we have gone ahead and added a STORE CREDIT into your BigPlush.com store account - that is EQUAL 100% of to what you paid for shipping the first time.
