My husband and I needed a couch for our new home and Big Sandy was re ommended to help us build our credit. We found a sectional that could be taken apart or set together. It was a little to big for our living room but we made it work. Then the seams started coming apart and the tech that came out said it had to be torn down and fixed the right way, he came n stuffed the pillows and sewed a couple seems but didn't finish the job.

We purchased a leather chair which turned out has a very uneven seat with a large wrinkle in the leather, the right side sits much lower and noticeabally uneven and uncomfortable plus the right arm is crushed in from the back the way it was packaged and dented in the arm. The store said all they would do is send a repairman, he finally came and said he would order a new seat, new leather seat covering and he would have to repair some cardboard in the arm and take the whole chair apart and would have to be in our home an entire day because it would take do long to do so much repairs. In addition he said the parts could take anywhere between 6 weeks and 6 months, we'd just have to wait and see. I asked if it took so much time and parts to repair a chair why wouldn't they just replace it? He said oh they'd never do that, they just don't. I said it's rediculous for us to have wait so long when we went in and paid cash for a pretty expensive chair and just got a bad one.

Several issues delivery was promised in 3 weeks it was 5 then Couch delivered was broken 2nd one they scraped coming in the door. And that one started popping and cracking everyTime we reclined .returned that one . Finally received them all and now the couch is bowing to the floor in the middle it's only been sat on a few times during the holidays. This is definitely not the big sandy I have been used to in south point Ohio . I am contacting them about the couch hopefully we will make this right. Very disappointed.

After a wonderful shopping experience, personable sales team everything went down hill... Of the 5k dollars of items purchased, every single peice arrived with scratches in the wood (some more minor than others), broken couches and drawers in dressers that had been broken and jerry-rigged, etc.. I have no idea how they managed to get all the undamaged items delivered to their sales floor, but everything we got was more like second hand.. at regular price of course. In addition, we had just bought a new house and the moving team, although friendly and helpful, definitely left their mark (and dents) all over our brand new home. There was very poor response from management, calls not returned and neglectfulness in fulfilling their customers needs. Insultfully we were sent a 100 dollar gift card, which wouldnt cover half of paint and labor needed to fix the damage caused when moving couches in only to find they were broken and then to move them out again... rubbing along the walls the whole way. Management never heard the full scope of issues (uneven dining room chair legs, jerry-rigged drawers in dressers, damaged walls) as they wouldn't return our calls. We were nothing but polite and patient with this business and that is obviously where we went wrong. Sandy Superstore has major issues in delivery, products (unless you're shopping for damaged) and upper management for ensuring problems are handled professionally.

Recently bought a kitchen set of appliances and were dented they took back no questions three weeks later found a dent in door on microwave when purring under cabinets replaced no questions. They are great people

I ordered furniture that I can't seem to receive. my first delivery had only one of 2 pieces and the one I have is damaged. The second delivery was cancelled because the pieces were damaged. That was Thanksgiving week. I still don't have my furniture. Very, very frustrating.

I ordered a special-order desk. A few weeks later, it was delivered by Big Sandy and set up, without incident and in perfect condition. Keep up the good work!

I feel like when I walk into Big Sandy Superstore, I have walked on a used car lot. Overwhelmed with sales ladies, watching me as I am awed by the decisions of directions. They play on the confusion and bewilderment. In my case, they lead me to furniture I didn't want. I tried to get away, by going to the appliance dept., she followed me! She stayed with me, until I went back to the furniture I didn't want. I signed an agreement and left. My wife and I talked about it, didn't like the color nor design. I canceled and told the cashier why. She apologized and told me my refund will show up in a few days. My original purchase was instant and went on my card, before I got home.
