I initially ordered the single shaft McDermott joint protector . I was charged shipping. Within a very short time I noticed the pair sold also . I immediately ordered it and sent a note asking that it be added to the first order, hoping to save on shipping. Failure! Looks like one hand doesn’t talk to the other! Otherwise the products fit perfectly.

They have a production, assembly problem with their furniture. Bought the accessorie bar stools and can’t keep them from coming loose. The fastener inserts are brittle and continue to pull out when tighter. They refuse to address the issues.
