I have not seen a worse platform, I made the first deposit, after a few hours my account was blocked, contacted support, provided all the information on request, the answer to the mail did not come, I do not have access to the account. When contacting live chat, I am simply blocked and funds are being held illegally.I ask everyone who reads the review to be careful. This is a scam.My account is linked to this mail

Pls run away, run away, run away. This company will soon go down the hole. My acc is locked. No customer support exists effectively to help. Fund is locked inside, haven't seen when should I get it out. Hopeless ! This exchange shouldn't be allowed to operate in USA. Looks like a fraud operation.

Horrible support. It’s as if they know there’s a problem with withdrawing funds that have been cleared, but won’t release them until you send them an email. Then, a couple days later, they will respond to your email with a completely obvious rationalization, and condescending answer. By this time though, the problem has been resolved. They are condescending, completely irrelevant, and straight up lie to customers. Absolutely atrocious company. I would stay far away from them.

I have had an account for a couple of years and never had trouble sending them funds or signing in. when I went to withdraw funds they tell me I am "not verified." No apparent way to verify and ZERO response from the support group on how to verify. Just auto email replies to me. They are totally unresponsive to anything. Unlike others here I can still get into my account to see it, they just won't let me do anything with it. I only hope that you do not get involved with them.

They screwed up their plaid integration so the only option to hook up a bank account is through manual verification of microcharges. Then I completed their advanced verification and their UI showed that I should be able to deposit up to $1M USD. However, I was unable to deposit even $40K in USD -- they were still enforcing a $1K USD deposit limit. Their chat and customer support are unreachable. I'm no longer going to have anything to do with binance and neither should you.

This is the worst exchange in the world. I sent my USDT (5 figures) in Polygon format from my Ledger just to convert to ERC-20 and send out. They blocked it for no reason. I can't send it out. Their online chat has been unresponsive for 24. E-mail gets an automatic response and NO ACTION. When this saga is eventually resolved, I will close the account for ever. I'm actually thinking of getting my lawyer involved if this is not resolved in one week.
